We've been using Matt & Jane for about a month now. Initially they came out to see our Cockapoo to introduce themselves and to bond with him. I found them to be very personable and it is very clear to see that they absolutely adore dogs!! I had a few requests and they were/are so accommodating to all my needs. They send me regular pup dates when they are out on their walks and they also send me a map of where they've been, which is really nice to receive.
